We use the Remy Laser which is a Class IV FDA approved laser. Class IV Laser therapy is a painless, non-invasive, drug-free modality that has been scientifically documented to significantly reduce and often completely eliminate toenail fungus. There are no know side effects to this laser treatment.

Will the Treatment Hurt?

The treatments are painless! However, you may experience a warm sensation.

How Long Does the Treatment Take?

The treatment takes just under fifteen minutes. The typical protocol is to perform a total of 4 treatments over 4 months. Dr. Liu will then monitor the nail growth based on your individual needs.

Will this Laser Therapy be Covered by Insurance?

How Soon Will I See Improvement?

Today was my first visit. I had a very positive experience from scheduling the appointment, arriving to the office, (that was very clean) & the staff were very professional. The Dr. Liu was very informative about how he is going to get my toenail fungus cleared up. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike Liu for a toenail fungus I most likely got at the nail salon, and my feet have improved dramatically since starting treatment. Went to Dr. Liu because of a fungus that wouldn't go away. He is kind, thorough and professional. I've recconended him to others and brought my teenage son to him for shin splints. Dr Lui and his staff are wonderful. I have been to his office 3 times. I have never waited longer than 4 minutes. This is not a doctor that overbooks like the rest of our medical practitioners. He spends time with his patients and LISTENS, which is most important to receive good medical care. My first visit was for pain and I was able to get an appointment right away, which was perfect considering the circumstances. I had laser treatment for the pain and since then 2 treatments for my toes which had a bad fungus due to an old ski injury. To say my toes look amazing after the first treatment is an understatement. The laser really works. Everything is explained and there is no pain involved. His office is spotless , easy to get to from main parkways and have sufficient hours to accommodate patients with busy schedules. I am very lucky I found this gem of a doctor in the vast pool out there.
